With nearly two decades of experience spanning telecommunications, legal operations, retail, and marketing, Ian brings something most agency owners can't — a ground-level understanding of what it actually takes to run a business, build a team, and scale without breaking what works.
Before founding Partner Pro Agency, Ian spent 14 years at Verizon rising from frontline sales to regional trainer and systems liaison — the person trusted to bridge the gap between technology and the people who use it every day. That foundation of operational discipline, human-centered leadership, and tech-forward thinking is baked into everything Partner Pro Agency delivers.

Ian Whitmoyer's career didn't follow a straight line to agency ownership — it followed a better one. Starting on the retail floor at Verizon Wireless in 2006, Ian discovered early that his real skill wasn't just selling; it was understanding how things worked and making them work better. Over 14 years, he evolved from top-performing sales consultant to regional trainer to the internal liaison between POS software development teams and retail locations — the person called in when systems changed, when teams needed retraining, and when operations needed to hold together across multiple locations.
That operational instinct followed Ian into every role that came after. At AT&T, he led a retail team through daily operations, new hire onboarding, and cash management. At Cox Communications, he was designated the Subject Matter Expert for system transitions — the trusted internal voice when technology changed and teams needed guidance. At Robbins Brothers Fine Jewelry, he led a full CRM migration from Salesforce to Client Book while driving a 20% increase in repeat customer visits. At Scott Clark Law Firm, he managed all administrative and operational functions for a high-volume practice, tightening processes and shortening turnaround times without sacrificing compliance or client experience.
In November 2025, Ian founded Partner Pro Agency — not as a pivot, but as a destination. Everything he had built over nearly two decades — systems thinking, technology fluency, team leadership, CRM expertise, client relationship management, and financial oversight — came together in an agency built specifically for small businesses that need real marketing without the agency runaround.
